Code of Ethics and Whistleblowing
Our organization recognizes the importance of ethics, legality, and transparency as fundamental elements of its corporate culture.
The Code of Ethics serves as the value framework guiding behaviors, decisions, and both internal and external relationships, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and integrity.
In accordance with applicable laws, a Whistleblowing system has also been implemented, allowing the reporting of unlawful or non-compliant behaviors while ensuring confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower.

Sustainability Surveys and Ratings – Brovedani S.p.A.
Brovedani demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability and quality through the adoption of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949, which are core elements of its corporate strategy. Certifications obtained by the Group can be downloaded in the Quality section.
Brovedani is also regularly involved in ESG surveys and sustainability ratings. Below is a summary of the questionnaires and assessments the company has completed, with very positive results.
